House hunting shouldn't cost this much energy.
Tenants and agents both lose time and money on viewings that were never going to work.
If you're a tenant
You've probably been here
- Travelled across town for a house that looks nothing like the photos
- Inspected places with your deal-breakers: noise, flooding, no water
If you're an agent
And so have you
- Showing houses to people who were never going to rent
- No-shows and time wasters eating your day
What ConfirmBase does about it
The right tenant meets the right house, and only serious people reach the door.
For tenants
Fewer inspections, better houses
- Houses picked to match your taste
- Your red flags filtered out before you ever see a listing
- Inspect only the few places that truly fit
For agents
Serious tenants, full commission
- Tenants whose taste your house already matches
- Every tenant has committed before they visit
- Deal directly and keep your full commission
